House Rules

Parents of kids should be aware that the main beds are accessed via ladders and are both in lofts. The couch is a futon that drops down to a queen bed, but the other two beds are up high.

The space
Comfortably decorated tiny house with kitchen, 2 loft queen beds and a futon that folds out to a queen bed, and a beautiful screened in porch.
Guest access
The whole property is at your disposal, minus the shed, which only houses the well head anyway. The chimnea seating area, screened in porch, private beach and dock, and the tiny home are yours to hang out and relax in.

Getting around
You can be in Hiawassee or Hayesville in less than 15 mins. The Ingles Supermarket is 10 mins from the house .

There are also plenty of local restaurants, cafes, delis, and produce stands nearby.

- Hiawassee Brew in Hiawassee for food and great local beer and cider.
- Nocturnal Brewing in downtown Hayesville has great beer and great food and a wonderful patio.

Other local attractions:
- Ledford Chapel TVA Boat Ramp. Paved, flat, level dual ramp for easy launch and recovery.
- Bell Mountain (25 mins). INCREDIBLE views of Chatuge from the observation deck!
- Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds - (15 mins) public events throughout the year
- Jackrabbit Mountain Recreation Area - (10 mins) U.S. national forest rec area with mountain biking and hiking trails. Also has a TVA dual boat ramp.
- Fires Creek Recreation Area - (25 mins) U.S. national forest rec area with opportunities for trout fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and picnicking
- Lake Chatuge Marine for boat rentals and service.
